Wellfed:I got from your post that there is something wrong with being "biased towards expecting bias".
I just assumed that the potential pitfalls of placebo effect, expectation bias and other forms of psychological bias were commonly understood and on most part, acknowleged at least to some degree.
Addressing these issues is not to be "biased" in my mind, but trying to reduce bias itself.
It does become sort-of philosophical though doesn't it? :o)
