PS Audio Noise Harvesters GOING NUTS...

Hi all:

I have 6 of them. Upon initial install (new condo on Miami Beach), I noticed that the lights would blink VERY rapidly (like it's "on" and not blinking) for 1-2 hours, at intervals, sometimes all day. When the lights don't blink that fast, they blink once every second or just slightly less. That's the minimum amount of blinking that I see, even on the three Harvesters on my TWO dedicated 30 amp lines for my stereo! I've got a two-pole circuit breaker; sometime the "A" circuits are noiser than the "B" circuits (sometimes the opposite). It's not my condo; it's not internally generated here or in the building, as common area outlets present same constant blinking result.

Is it normal to see such massive blinking? The whole condo I live in suffers the same problem (common areas, other rooms). My friends' new homes don't seem to have nearly the same problem when I brought some Harvesters and checked their noise. The power transformer outside the condo is nearly brand new. My lines/AC panel are only 2 years old, 20amp breakers, stranded copper line running through ABS piping in walls(either 12 guage or 10 gauge- 10 gauge for my two dedicated stereo lines). My power company is completely useless, as they can't seem to even comprehend the concept of line noise.

1. Please advise if anyone sees this constant-on type of blinking from Harvesters. I am now very concerned re:crappy sound (which I've noticed a few months ago before the Harvesters) and even some damage to my gear.

2. In light of the fact that the AC noise is NOT generated by my condo or by any other unit in the building, what is your advice?
Thanks,
Larry
