Well "crisp" is a too broad brush word, I agree. I stuck "stark" in to help out. Here's a link to my more extended attempt to say what I mean. Allow for the fact that it's on a site which sells Audio Note and feel free to discount all references to same. Even this piece of writing falls short of saying the principal differences that I hear between the two media. But it's getting there.Thanks for your note.
