I`m going to put in a couple of 30amp mains sockets as I`m wanting to upgrade my power amp eventually - if I live off Pot Noodles for a year I`ll maybe afford a second-hand Krell FPB600. Come to think of it, if I live off Pot Noodles for a year maybe I could get sponsored ;-)Basically, is it just a case of going to B&Q for some 30amp mains cable, a couple of new circuit breakers and a couple of un-switched M&K sockets or is there a particular brand of snake-oil I should rub into the carpet first??
Also, have any of you noticed a sonic benefit in giving the rest of your system a dedicated line?
Any opinions would be great.
Ta,
Guy.
