... and my lovely wife tolerates my audiophilia quite well. She isn't too keen about all the gear I keep around, but figures it's a relatively benign addiction. My "audio spending" averages less than $100/month on both gear and music, split roughly 50-50. This is hardly exorbitant, and she actually appreciates having a good stereo system .Overall, our relationship rates about a 7 or 8 ... not perfect, but better than most couples we know!
