1) First, there needs to be somebody on this board in the Atlanta area, which there probably is (maybe 2-5?)
2) This person needs to have a digital camera. So, that cuts down the number of people to about 50%
3) The person needs to be free the weekend. I dunno about everybody else, but I have better things to do on a weekend than go to a boat show (no offense to people who go to boat shows)
4) Even though you would have answered to somebody elses request, not everybody is perhaps as altruistic as you. Myself, I'm a selfish b@stard... ;)

So after taking all of those into consideration, I don't think people were being rude or anything. Its just that given the points above, I doubt many fit that criteria. Plus, you only requested this several hours ago, which is pretty short notice.

May I suggest searching to see if there is an Atlanta message board out there where you can ask? I'm sure your odds would greatly increase :) Good luck!
