For the past five months I have been trying to get Cinepro to deliver an order I placed with them in May (I sent full prepayment of $4400).Today Travis of their SF office informs me that Cinepro has not shipped product in six months and probably will not ever ship again. There will be no refunds to consumers and dealers. The widow of the late owner (Eric, who died earlier this year) wants it this way, according to Travis. Since Travis has not received a paycheck in 6 weeks he plans to leave, and no one will be answering the phone. He is tired of talking to irate customers anyway.
What can we do? Is there a lawyer in the house? How many inmates own Cinepro, or have their gear on order? How do we find the parties responsible for this outrage, if Travis' information is indeed correct?
Big B
