I know this has been beaten to death here, but it's still unbelieveable to me that someone like Mark Levinson would do something like this. It is sheer deception (or at the very least bordering on it), with the picture of the Rosette 1 amp with a BIG red rose RIGHT in front of the Korsun u2 insignia. When have you seen a picture of a product where a good portion of it is obscured by some other object? It is really humorous and ridiculous IMO. Even if RRM has modified the Korsun and it's worthy of the $2000 asking price, the appearance of them doing something unscrupulous and deceptive is very strong.

For anyone not familiar with this whole thing, just go to the Redrosemusic.com site and look under new amps for the "Rosette 1 int. amp, then go to the Audiooasis.com site and look under "new" products for the Korsun u2 amp ($595 Ca.) and you will see exactly what I mean with the Red rose right below the volume knob, obscuring the Korsun u2 insignia in the Red Rose picture.

It's all very strange how someone considered as one of the pioneers of hi-end audio could do something so apparently deceptive. If it's a modified product from another mfg. at least be upfront in the ads and give some credit and truthfulness. Am I over reacting or is the perception of most people that high end retailers are like the stereotypical (no pun intended) used car salesmen?
