there was one made of polycarbonate (lexan) but how much do we want to pay for a cd box? the ones that came w/mofi discs were great but again too expen$ive.
i like the ones with cardboard outers, and polyetheline disc holders. they dont break.
to tell you the truth, i like the 12" cardboard holders with the big black sics in them better. the discs inside sound better too!
