Rotel RCD-1070 vs. RCD-02..

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

Both seem to have same good build quality and share most of the internal pieces; but is the overall sound quality that much difference to pay $200 more for 1070? Seriously considering the purchase of the 1070, but both models have received glowing reviews.
My system includes the Moon I-5080 and Triangle Antal speakers so I'm sure either model would suffice; any opinions welcomed.
