Yes, you should absolutely switch over to the i2s input. I've been using all-i2s on several generations of Audio Alchemy and Camelot gear with excellent results for several years now. The DDS pro is a good choice in transports although it lags a bit in the rhythm 'n pace department compared to the Morgana. However, either would be a substantial upgrade over just about any transport with coaxial output. If you do go i2s I would seriously recommend the use of a top quality cable like the Revelation Prophesy in order to get the most out of this connection. Also, the Camelot Dragon Pro Mk II resolution enhancer/jitter bug will also make a tremendous impact on improving your sound quality. In fact, adding the Dragon to your Audio Logic via i2s and using a transport with coaxial output would likely sound better than going i2s direct from transport to your dac -- I can't say enough good things about the improvement the Dragon makes.
Enjoy the music.
