I have not tried the LT1364 op-amp yet, but I want to. Last time I checked digikey, it was not available yet. It looks very good on paper.

I am not sure which resistor and cap R27 and C50 are. I don't have a schematic in front of me. Where are they located?

There are still a number of resistors and caps that I have not replaced yet.
