DACs, DACs, DACs!!!!!!! ???? Why are there so few good ADCs?

Eh?

I will not be converting ALL my analogue software to digital files. I have other things to do with my tile like listening to them, cooking, gardening, exercising, walking and bush-walks, visiting, reading, tour- guide, invigilating exams, sleeping, let alone ... you know what.

I will do some for use in the new car which can play music files on a USB dongle, for the times when we can't get ABC Classic FM or their Radio National on AM. Probably just two dongles.

There appears to be one good ADC kit source in Germany. Which I would use to play analogue through in real time. Click down below.

Allowing me to try DSP from 150Hz down with a Mini-DSP DAC box or two and get phase alignment for all 4 'DIY swarm' subs to my QUAD 63s.

And I am hoping hope I won't prefer the analogue by-pass into the 1/3 octave Eq'rs I'll be using initially for a year or two while I *save up*, into the amps for each front bass channel.

* we are retired.
