Not a good experience with the repair shop across a number of fronts - I had the transport shipped back 'diagnosed' but not repaired. Good news is that supposedly the transport is fully upgraded, but the diagnosis was a bad laser. Got different information from the repair shop and Levinson regarding the laser, so need to pull apart the transport when I get it back and figure out what is really going on. I think there is a pretty clear path to fixing this myself, but I need to check on a few things. Looking forward to digging into this.
Will update next week when I get the transport back and have a chance to peek inside....
