If copying of computer files worked the way you (and the guy in the linked article) assert that it does (added bits in an "unnatural" order, inverted bits, etc.), then the whole world's financial infrastructure would fall to pieces. Since that hasn't happened (yet!), I'll take your assertions for what they're worth.
