Audio upgrade services?

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

I'm looking for a good all around audio repair and upgrade service. Any recommendations? I have a Assemblage DAC-2 that I would like to get upgraded and a Theta Chroma that desperately needs the HDCD filter defeated. My eyesight isn't as good as it used to be and trying to work with tiny parts is getting difficult. Tube amps are hard enough.
