My digital is the #512. I have a friend who is an installer/dealer so I get a chance to hear other gear. If you are using Levinson now for digital, even older, Levinson, I wouldn't think the 200 to be an "upgrade". It will be a different presentation. Just my opinion. You may find you like the synergy between the 200 and your preamp.
Levinson seemed to be doing a good job with DAC'ss back in the day. I had a friend with an older Levinson DAC and it was one of the few that I know of to include reclocking at the input. He was able to use a variety of transports with no audible difference. That's another can of worms, but in my experience, and, in some circumstances I have had transports make a difference.
