I've heard the 200 & 600se. They don't sound so good to me out of the box and need some break in. With some hours on the 200 I still preferred the sound of the Marantz. I forgot the Marantz model, maybe 11s, it retails around $3500.00. I haven't heard Schiit yet but really want to as people seem to rave about them.
I need to read some of those reviews of the 200 to see what equipment was used etc. I heard it with Levinson & Revel, could be a synergy issue, but I also heard it with other Cary gear, it had a nice pace to the music but seemed to lack resolution and transparency by comparison.
