I hooked up the CXC today, so far so good. Replaced Marantz. Its just better, detail, space, placement, timing, decay, not hard or bright - natural. Use a proper power cord, the standard one is a joke. Used with Elekit amp , Schiit Bifrost (new AKM chip) and B&W 602's, good cables are a must (all the way from wall socket to speaker). Ran through some reference music - definitely a step closer to audio nirvana (on the cheap).
