I tried some of the cheaper but still rather expensive Duelund Alexander's in a NOS DAC, mostly using Audio Note boards, and the sound was extremely colored and muddled. It sounds vastly better, both clearer and more musical, with Sonicap Platinums. Your caps should be a lot more expensive, and may sound much different than the Alexanders. Anyway, that's my 2 cents, David
