A to D Converter

Want to rip my LPs to computer. system is SOTA tt-> Nagaoka Modded 250 cartridge-> musical surroundings phonomena->grace 920 dac/preamp->Pass Aleph 30 amp. Looking for "bang for buck" a to d converter.
What is the least I should spending consider consistent with the quality of the rest of my system. Considering used Thorens a to D at $330.
