RE: USB to spdif that downsamples

I would like to use a particular miniDSP device. Unfortunately it operates at 96khz, I need a USB converter anyway, so I thought I'd ask. From what I was reading on various mfr. sites, they seemed like most are I = O, but not clear if any could be set for a specific output or "down-sampling".
