Tidal now plays through Oppo 103x, 105x

Yesterday I downloaded an upgrade to the Oppo Media Control app (both iOS and Android -- 4.0) that added support for playing Tidal through the current Oppo BluRay players. The catch was that I needed to install the new beta firmware update from the Oppo website. This was accomplished by downloading the file to a USB stick and then upgrading the firmware from it. No problem.
With both pieces in place I was able to choose Tidal from the source screen on the Oppo Media Control app, and then sign in with my Tidal account. The look and feel after that point was just like the Tidal app itself. Tidal played through the Oppo with the screen showing the album cover and track information just like a disc or file.
It works just fine (only played around with it a little), sounds pretty good, too. It didn't recognize my playlists until I marked them as favorite (this is not necessary with the PC, iOS or Android apps). It's something they'll probably fix.
However, Tidal is still not gapless between tracks where the music should be continuous. My test album is Noriko Ogawa's Paganini Rhapsody, and it seems worse with this implementation than others. Maybe because both the Oppo and Tidal aren't very good at this feature. I think the Oppo only claims gapless with .wav files.
Anyway, it's a great start. I'd love it if Oppo and ClassicsOnlineHD would team up for the same feature. It's much more convenient than my current way of playing Tidal and ClassicsOnlineHD from my PC through my main system.
