Not me! The only way I would ever know this is if I measured it. I would never be able to hear it. I doubt that anyone can hear a loudness difference in music that is less than 0.1-dB. You might be able to hear this small a difference on a sine wave test tone using an A/B comparison at the same frequency, but even that is questionable.

How did you measure this small difference? You might want to check the accuracy of your measurement equipment because unless you have a very expensive laboratory grade AC voltmeter, its frequency response error is probably a lot greater than +/-0.03-dB. You would need an AC voltmeter with frequency response accuracy better than +/-0.005-dB to have confidence in the accuracy of your measurement.
