Best small optical DAC

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

I'm looking for a good but not great DAC optical > analog. It would be nice if it supported coax as well. The size of a pack of playing cards or smaller would be perfect but a little bigger would be ok.
