I don't know him but he's been an Ebayer since 2000 and only has one negative feedback score and that one sounds pretty sketchy at best.
He's got all of the documentation, paperwork, etc., so he seems to be a lover of HiFi stuff who keeps his stuff in good order.
Whether he ships to Russia, or not, I can't say?
