Has anyone tried the NAD M12 Digital Preamp?

I bought mine recently, fitted with the BluOS network board, to replace a Sonos and Mark Levinson 390S that was used as DAC and preamp and I'm very pleased with it. I'd like the views of others who have tried it in their own systems - preferably owners.

Most of my listening is from NAS-stored FLAC files. I've previously tested streamer/DAC/preamps from Linn and Naim but I find the NAD far more satisfying, as well as having a much more user-friendly Controller - almost as good as the Sonos one. I've boycotted any streamer that doesn't provide a satisfactory controller or just says "use J River or some other UPnP controller".
