Looking for competent Onkyo repair

Hello.

I bought an Onkyo C-7030 about 14 months ago. It's just out of warranty, so it's failing. It won't track some disks and is very footstep-sensitive. Presuming that this isn't normal behavior, can anyone recommend a competent and honest service facility for this thing?

I'm in North Carolina, USA.
