Just make sure you get a copy of the owner's manual and the remote. Not all the features are controllable on the panel.
The DAC section itself is of course very good, and it does decode HDCD if I remember, which is a good thing. IMO if HDCD had taken hold we wouldn't have needed all this SACD/DSD wizardry.
Let us know what you decided.
Apart from the remote and display, it's har to imagine the circuitry needing to be serviced, unless struck by lightning :)
