SonicWave vs Lifatec TOSlink fiber

I don't have much time to listen to CDs, so listen to Satellite radio often. Lately although, I found that I was not enjoying it, knowing that CDs sounded way better in my system. I tried the coaxial and it was better than the fiber, but not greatly different. I saw Duster's old review of the Lifatec and noticed that he had compared it to the SonicWave (both are glass). I got a Lifatec 2 foot this week. I won't write too much now, but want to post this: The difference is incredible and amazing. It is as much difference as changing DACs (or nearly). Everything sounds better: way more dynamics, more bass (was lacking before), soundstage, & detail. I am hearing instruments that I never heard before in songs which I've heard for decades. I mostly listen to music on radio which I do not have on CD or vinyl.
If your system can resolve such differences, I think any cheaper fiber is a waste of money.
My S7000 as transport does coax better than fiber, but my DirecTV receiver does fiber better than coax; very interesting. Radio may not be quite as good as CD, but it is fairly close now. It's difficult to tear myself away from listening.
I also noted that w/ other DACs (Schiit), they sounded better w/ a long fiber than short. But my Octave sounds better w/ a short fiber (when comparing long vs short SonicWave).
