M-Audio question

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

I know this is a little off the beaten path, but does anyone know whether the old M-Audio Flying Cow and Flying Calf DACs used the same AKM chip as the ART DI/O?
