If you are intent on selecting a DAC based on these types of jitter plots or a single RMS jitter number, you will likely never find the natural sounding DAC.
The problem with a single measurement or even these spectral plots is that it gives you no idea of the distribution of the jitter. In other words, there may be a single event with high jitter and millions of events with low jitter and you will not see this in these measurements. The thing that will stand-out is the single high-jitter event. It may be that the high-jitter event only occurs every 15 seconds, but you will not learn this from this data either.
This is why I use distribution data to analyze jitter. I have found it to be more correlated to listening tests. In the end, its the listening test that is best for selecting a DAC.
