All your electrolytic capacitors are WAY past their "replace by" date, like 10 years or so.

Second, the DP7090 has overly complex analogue stages with not so great Op-Amp's, so there is a fair bit of loss there, something better may help.

If sorted well, the DP7090 should see off many a modern DAC easily.
