I've ben running the latest nightly under Yosemite with no problems and also have the Inguz plugin working as I am soon to build RC filter with ((acourate)). Some of the menu items in LMS are a bit distorted under Yosemite such as the pull down for synchronization, but this appears to be a font issue. All is is working marvelously.
