Lite Audio Dac 50 ?

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

This dac uses the PCM63k but two photos of the dac on the net call it a 24 bit dac. The 63's are 20 bit. Can someone explain this. If anyone has this unit is it close to dead quiet? It might be 96db down s/n ratio but I can't seem to get this info. Thanks, Tweaker ... Well I looked into this a bit (no pun intended) and I guess this is from upsampleing from the digital filter, don't know much about this stuff.
