Which SB?
I use mine (SB III) much less for Internet Radio than as a music server so I can't speak to Internet radio other than most of the time the sampling rate is too low and therefore so is the audio quality regardless of what hardware is used. The audio out is decent on the SB, I've used it no problem with a passive line stage driving two amps (bi-amp) but I use the digital out to a DAC with much better results sound quality-wise.
