Metric Halo LIO 8 vs. Grace 905? Anyone?

I have a studio using a LIO 8 as interface to the computer which runs my recording program. I was interested in upping the DAC playback on the LIO 8 by running out AES on the LIO 8 to a better sounding DAC. The Grace 905 looks interesting and I like it's functionality. It's probably a long shot but has anyone compared the LIO 8 DAC playback to the Grace 905?
