Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

Does anyone know about this DAC? I'd be using it with a Sony DVP-S7000 (coax)and a Sony CDP-X55ES (toslink). Would it be a suitable upgrade to an old Audiolab 8000DAC from 1994? How does it compare to other in it's price range? What about the new Music Hall C-Dac 13.5? Does it's 192kHz/32-bit convertor work with the transports I mentioned?
