I suggest that you remove the board and inspect every solder joint. I helps to get someone familiar with soldering and with a good eye. I had a tube amp that gave me so much grieve until I discovered the bad solder joint. Any tech should be able to do it in 30 minutes. A check of the voltages and resistor values on the tube(s) would be the next step for a tech familiar with tube circuits.
