Anyone using an ST/AT&T digital cable?

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

I'm very much out of touch with this connection, yet a review I read said the Bel Canto REFLink sounded best with the DAC 3.5 when using this cable. Every cable I've looked up shows a double run. I assume it's simple enough to just take the cable apart and use one un - but are there differences between quality/performance when it comes to these cables?
