Tube CDP goes quiet and then comes back to life??

Hi All,

I have a Shangling CD 3000(tube)player. It worked fine for the first 2 months I had it. But now from time to time it will go silent. It can occur after 10min of playing or it can occur after playing for 2 hours. What happens is the music will be playing fine and slowly within a 3 second period it will go silent. It is still playing but no sound. Sometimes I can turn it off. Let it set for 15 to 20 min and turn it back on and it will work fine the rest of the night. Other times after it goes silent it will not play again that night. But the following night I turn it on and it will play fine for hours. It could be two weeks and then the problem will start to occur again. Last night it played for 2 hours, then slowly went silent for about 5 seconds and then came back to life and was fine after that.
Any idea what the problem could be?
