I need : Audiophile quality HDMI to stereo coax or HDMI converter

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

I am using a Chinese brand $40 box driven by a wall wart trans. on ebay that strips two channel audio from HDMI.

Surely there must be something slightly better out there by now? It's 2014 right?

I currently use a Roku to listen to MOG which I feed into my DAC. I would like to mothball my vinyl and CD collection sooner rather than later but I still find that online streaming a little lacking. I'm hoping chucking some $$ at it may improve things.
