I'm heading over to the Arkiv site with my credit. 50 Living Presences CDs for $99? I'm in.
Now - HDTracks is a quiet scandal in the industry. They have been caught repeatedly by denizens of Computer Audiophile issuing tracks that are simply upsampled material. They have responded that they have to trust their source houses for quality checking. More than one member of Computer Audiophile has proven that said quality checking could be done, part time, by a high school kit with a $600 software program. Their response is beyond disingenous. That best way to deal with such folks is with a market response: never buy anything from HDTracks, or, for tht matter, Chesky Records. The Chesky's should be ashamed of themselves.
