Hi,
Does anyone have any information on Atas Anodyme tube DAC's?
I just bought one from a Audio shop. I would just like some specs, value when new and when it was made...maybe even find a manual.
The sound is not in your face different...but it is definitely smoother and deep in sound stage. Actually it is hard to stop listening. It is doing awesome playing CD's and DVD from my Denon Blu-Ray player...and I am using video component cables to connect the DAC...so I can only imagine how it is going to sound with proper cables. Hands down best sound from CD's I have owned.
What would be a good digital coax cable? This dac doesn't have fiber optic hook-up. I know it needs to be 75ohms. Anything DIY would improve? or just $$$?
Normality frightens me- its what they use to lure you into the cookie cutter.
