I have an A324, and have used it successfully with my iTransport. You should have no issues.

As an aside, I don't currently use my A324 with my iTransport. I have another DAC that (to my ears) is a better match - a Rega IO. It's smoother sounding, and compressed digital files beg to be smoothed out.
