Also see some posts on the 306 Pro in the Hi Rez forum, it is after all an awesome SACD player.

The 306 Pro is, to my ears, more refined (if that's possible) than the 306-SACD. Hard to imagine. The sound is so clean, the bass is deep/tight/resonant, relaxed high end. Etc etc.

Fantastic sounding player.
