American DAC with Euro Power Suppy - Need Help Understanding Electrical Specs

Something on ebay caught my curiosity. There's an Entech 205.2 DAC which was made in the US by Monster Cable. However, a bidder pointed out that the plug for the wall wart power supply has a Euro-type plug.

My question is this specifically: If an American DAC such as this is sold in Europe is the ***DAC itself*** identical to those sold in the US? In other words, if someone had an extra "American-type" wall wart, could it power up the DAC?

Or...above and beyond the Euro wall wart, would there be additional internal modifications to the DAC unit itself to allow it to work with Euro power specs? (In which case, I assume an American power supply wouldn't make it playable in the US).
