I don't understand the question. Are you really asking to compare a serious player like this to an internal drive on a PC?!? This is an $8000 CD/SACD player. It competes in the cost no object catagory. This is the real deal. The digital input works great. The DAC in this player is outstanding. Very smooth and "analog" like but if you are into PC audio you are already turned off by the price I would guess.
