a used Opus 21 CDP the Proprietor indicated that while they did not per se honor warranty for subsequent owners he would honor the remaining warranty if there was a problem with the Unit in question so apparently for this Company they may choose on a case by case basis at their discretion unofficially i guess.. Anyway it was a factor in my decision to buy one.
