I used to have one and I found it a little bit more engaging than DEQ, warmer with more body.
It was interesting to play with upsampling and various bit depths but in the end the 44/16k was still the setting of choice.
It also has a good headphone output.
Like with all Behringers you need to have a preamp capable of handling pro level output or need to use some attenuation. Digital attenuation in DEQ is IMO really bad, anything below -2dB sucks the life out of music.
